Seasoned Pork Chops

Dry Rub

2t dry mustard

1 1/2 t salt

1 1/2 t sweet paprika

1 1/2 t garlic powder

1/2 t white pepper

1/2t dried basil

1/4 t cayenne

1/4 t dried oregano

 

Cooking liquid

2c white wine

 

Pat chops dry and coat with dry rub on both sides. Place in refrigerator for 30 mins to overnight.  Heat cast iron skillet with olive oil.  Place pork chops in pan and brown each side.  Once browned, add wine to pan and place in preheated oven at 425.  Roast for 5-20 mins. The internal temperature should be 145.
